Because of EPS Eko Panel's detail solutions which are
appropriate to German DIN norms and its high natural isolation,
there is no heat loss. In PASSIVE HOUSES this feature means
reducing heating and/or cooling costs in your houses to minimum.
Compared to other buildings, it provides 70 % energy saving.
Thanks to Wooden Construction EPA Eko Eko Panel technology,
most significant proportion of energy consumption (82 %) at
residences is used for heating.
As there is natural heat insulation , energy loss can be prevented.
In order to increase room temperature 2 Centigrade, it needs
nearly 12 % more fuel. Wooden Carcase Building needs 70 %
less energy for heating per year compared to concrete buildings.
The real and sole solution in order to provide energy productivity
at maximum level is EPA Construction system.
As a result of global warming and CO2 emission to atmosphere,
Our World is facing the danger of glabal glaciation.
By using recycable energy in constructions, building passive
houses thanks to high technology and taking notice of the planet
we are living in, we can inherit our planet to next generations.
ENERGY PRODUCTIVITY;
SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS
EPS Eko Panel in EPA CONSTRUCTIONS keep
it cool in Summer and warm in Winter
Solar energy is indicated with W/m2 unit, in other
words, energy as Watt which falls on 1 m2 area. This
energy flow which falls on a 1m2 surface on Earth
from the Sun as Watt is called “Solar Radiation”.
Generating electricity from solar energy is carried out
by photovoltaic panels. Photovoltaic panels transform
photon energy which is coming from the Sun in the
form of solar radiation to direct flow (DF) electricity
energy.
Transforming DF Electricity energy that is generated
in this way to alternative flow (AC) by means of flow
convertors (inventors), it can be used as On-Grid or
Off-Grid.
On-Grid systems
; these systems send extra electricity which they generate to the grid and when they do not generate
electricity they use it from the grid. For this, two-sided counters are used in grid connection. However, it is only possible to
use this system when necessary legal arrangements are provided. In our country, since 2012 On-Grid system has been
used in accordance with the law no 6094.
Off-Grid systems
; when it is not possible to use on-grid systems legally or it is too difficult or expensive to reach the grid,
this system is used. Apart from that, because there is a need for extra devices such as accumulator and charge control
units in order to store electricity in these systems, the costs are high and as a result these systems are not preferred except
for compulsory circumstances.
Generating electricity from solar energy is directly connected to the duration of solar radiation and its power. Because of its
geographical position, Turkey is located on a lucky area in the world in terms of solar energy. According to the data of
Recycable Energy General Directorate, total duration per year in which Turkey gets sunlight is 2.740 hours (7,5 hour/day).
In our country, the amount of electricity to be generated per year for 1kWp installed energy, on the direction of calculations
by taking into account that the duration of getting sunlight and productivity loss due to some assents, is estimated as 1400-
2000 kWh/kWp.
The main factor in generating electricity using solar energy is PV (photovoltaic) solar panels. PV solar panels, in the form of
mono cristal or poli cristal, are named according to the power they have in terms of Watt unit. The power of new generation
solar panels change between 220 W and 265 W. The number that we find by multiplying the number of solar panels being
used with panel power provides us the installed power of Solar Energy Electricity Generating Establisment (as kWp).
