Another new concept was born PASSIVE HOUSE... These are
buildings whose energy need is almost zero.
Since the day that passive house implementations were started,
there has been an important problem. Creating passive houses with
ecological materials was almost impossible, in other words, you can
either build ecological house or passive house... The things to do in
order to prevent heat loss at passive houses are unfortunately
composed of taking houses in a nylon bag.
Extremely problematical buildings in terms of health wre
constructed. Visually disturbing buildings were constructed.
Despite all these, EU obliged ALL EU MEMBER COUNTRIES to
turn their houses to passive houses between 2009 and 2019.
The USA warned European Union about that current passive
house system was against ecological construct and it could result
in serious problems to human health.
A building system which brings Ecological and Passive House
usage together can only be possible by choosing natural
materials. Straw Eko Panel walls which are being implemented in
developed countries enable the practice of passive house
system. In Turkey EPS EKO PANEL IS IMPLEMENTED IN EPA
CONSTRUCTION RESIDENCES.
