MARKETING:
EPA CONSTRUCTION CONCEPT applies SELL-BUILD System INLAND AND ABROAD IN
ORDER TO APPLY EPA CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF THE WORLD IN THE PROJECTS WHICH IT BUILDS

PRODUCTION:
On the production line of the factory, Eko Panel wall which is compressed with paper on both sides
from natural material straw is produced. Eko Panel walls are used at ceiling and floor along with interior and exterior

walls of residences. Production capacity of the factory per year is 750 000 m . Via distributorship and dealers, they are
commercialised and distributed throughout Turkey and abroad.
OUR MISSION
Unlike classical construction traditions of our developing country, in order not for our planet to be polluted more, to
change construction technique and for the purpose of producings Ecological Passive Smart systems, E.P.A.
Construction System was born. At the same time, as Turkey is earthquake-prone country, our objective is to build
houses which are high resistant to earthquake, fireproof, LEED, green (recycable) and which do not oscillate CO2 to
the planet.

EPA constructions pays attention to choose completely recycable materials. (Natural material) It uses compressed
Eko Panel wall from straw. It recommends wood as carcase in building villa, pays attention to interior and exterior
quality in residences. It builds residences with only Ecological Passive Smart System. After application area
settlement, E.P.A. features customer satisfaction by at first building sample villa, presenting various choices (smart
choices) in terms of customers' choices and preferences. With its quick installation, it provides the opportunity to use
housing loan fromcontractual banks.
